Offices. Sycamore’s offices have been closed and staff are now working remotely in response to the omicron variant surge. As a result, we are operating in a remote / work-from-home mode until this surge has subsided.
Contacting Us. Whether in the office or working from home, you can still reach us at our main number! Email remains a great way to reach us as well. In addition, we’re using a secure VPN and our existing encrypted cloud-based resources to maintain security and confidentiality of client information.
Sending Us Information. If you are submitting planning materials to us, the best way is using our secure digital portal. If that’s not possible, you can mail documents to our mailing address; we are checking our physical mailbox daily. If you must drop off documents at our office, you should contact us to schedule a date/time for a staff member to be present at the requested office to receive your documents.
