As the coronavirus pandemic continues, Sycamore continues to serve its clients and to develop new ways to help them through these challenging times.
Sycamore’s Durham office has reopened to staff only, and in-office attendance is voluntary for employees. As a result, we are operating in a mixed mode with some employees in-office and others working remotely.
But Our Work Continues …
Remote Work. Whether in the office or working from home, you can still reach us at our main number! Email remains a great way to reach us as well. In addition, we’re using a secure VPN and our existing encrypted cloud-based resources to maintain security and confidentiality of client information.
Remote Meetings. At this time we have transitioned all of our client meetings to either video conferencing (via Zoom and Microsoft Teams) or by telephone at the client’s request.
Sending Us Information. If you are submitting planning materials to us, the best way is using our secure digital portal. If that’s not possible, we are checking our physical mailbox daily.
